Once a receipt is saved it is marked, so the same one is never filed again.
It works inside your own Gmail and Drive. It only ever copies receipts, and never sends, edits, or deletes a thing.
What's inside
- Tax time takes minutes, not a weekend. Every receipt is already filed in one Drive folder, sorted by date, when you need them.
- The numbers hold up at audit time. It saves the vendor's original PDF, not a retyped copy, so every amount is exactly as billed.
- Your folder stays clean on its own. Each receipt is saved once and marked, so nothing is ever filed twice.
- Set it up once, then forget it. It runs in your own Gmail and Drive, with no subscription and nothing new to log into.
